Brooklyn
Walked around the park today, just to check to
see if the ice has melted.
As you can see the ice appears to be rock solid
A week ago I skied this Lullwater walking path
There still has to be several inches of cold packed
snow on the ground.
But the days are warmer and the ice will melt
as long as this weather pattern continues.
Ice still covers all water in the lake!

bamboo spey casting
I just purchased a 3 piece cane fly rod. I hope to be able to catch a few carp with it once the snow has melted. This is my third rod made from grass.
