Pumpkin seed on softbait

Fly fishing with soft baits is how I'm rolling now.  I rarely bring traditional flies
with me when I go fishing.  I glue the baits to hooks with super glue because soft baits like crappie tubes tend to loosen and slip after a few casts.

On this day I fished Prospect Park Lake.  I fished a one inch, grub soft bait. It was late in the day
when I hooked this pumpkin seed.

This is my latest batch of soft baits.  I like to use hooks made for live baits as these hooks
have barbs on the shaft which hold the bait and prevents the bait from slipping.
