Prospect Park , the very last icicle
I took a walk in the park this afternoon. We were forecasted to have a few inches of snow
here. A Nor'easter storm was to come up the east coast but instead we got rain.
Hanging from a tree in the park was this lone long icicle. There is no other sign of the cold
weather we experienced this past winter.
I wonder what source of melting ice caused this to form and hang from this tree.
Two days ago crappie and bluegills were being caught here, near the boat house.
In the early spring, fish hold in here in what is called "The Lullwater".
