Prospect Park Lake Frozen 64F
This past winter there were several days which raised my hopes to try fishing with the
softbaits I had stuck on fishing hooks. On one day the temperature rose to 65F.
I got my fly rod and ran to the lake to see where there was open water. The above photos show
that even 65 degrees, in the winter does not melt ice on a frozen lake.
